Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible.

The fees listed below include access to all technical sessions, abstracts, and program as well as caterings every day, and a Banquet (held on Tuesday, 26th November).

·        All registration and related fees are in AUD.

·        Full registrations rates are for faculty, industry researchers, post-doctoral fellow and any other non-student participant.

·        Presenters will be asked to identify their accepted abstract ID when registering. One registration allows a maximum of 2 submissions under the same attendee.

·        Payment can be made by credit card (preferred). Offline payment option will be available soon.  

Requests for refunds must be made by 15 November 2025 by writing to acmsm27@swin.edu.au. No refunds will be approved after 15 November 2025.
